The heating system includes heating assembly (seat cushion assembly + backrest assembly in series or parallel form). The ventilation system includes ventilation system assembly (windbag assembly + fan assembly). The heating pad is made of materials such as needle cotton and resistance wire, which can avoid the cover card slot or SBR slot on the seat and will not affect the heating effect.

 

Note: The heating pad has ventilation holes, and the heating wire is designed in assembly to avoid ventilation holes.

Control Method:

Switches are normally arranged on the side panel of the seat cushion, and Lin/Can communication can also be added to realize central control Pad or voice control.   5. Double-sided tape: adhesion ≥ 16N, flame retardant.
  6. Self-adhesive label: pe material.

Heating Pad Material:

The heating wire is Teflon enameled heating wire Sewing thread: flame retardant sewing thread Sensor: NTC. Cover sheet: fireproof insulating cotton non-woven fabric: flame retardant. Wire harness assembly: wire harness + bushing + connector.
