Algra Dynaforce Technology

Extremely sensitive metal touch sensor keys – ideal for rigid, metallic materials, such as stainless steel or aluminum. The strain gauge technology enables sensitive operation with thicker metal surfaces. Mechanical pressure on the keys is detected through metal sheets 0.3 mm to 1.2 mm thick without any interference.

There is a sensor array for each key assembled on the PCB. A network of several strain gauges detects extremely sensitive mechanical keystrokes and at the same time also filters out interference signals by intelligent analysis.

The gauges recognize even the smallest strains in extremely rigid, metallic materials, such as stainless steel or aluminum.

The DYNAFORCE module can be easily adhered to the back of a metal panel front using the peel-and-stick process:

  1. Remove protective foil from module.
  2. Align module.
  3. Press on firmly to surface.

In addition, DYNAPIC® WIRELESS is a piezo button without batteries and cables. The energy to transmit the radio signal is generated by applying pressure to the button.

The physical movement to activate the piezo-electric switching device is negligible. Therefore there are no moving parts. There is no wear and more than two million press cycles can be generated.

The module with the integrated piezo disc is closed and thus protected against environmental damage. With all its electronic elements it is just 2.7 mm thick.

Current Keyless Entry Systems use capacitive touch control but that does not work with gloves and creates a potential quality concern with gloves and other variables.

Dynapic® Wireless is a displacement-free piezo button with-out batteries and cables. The energy to transmit the radio signal is generated by applying pressure to the button.

Algra High Quality Metal Finish Basics

578

Machining / sheet metal processing: From 5-axis milling to CNC punching, stud welding / inserting, and bending with decade-long experience, and seamless all-under-one-roof production system, coupled with constant process improvements for highest standard of quality possible.

Surface treatment: From grinding, shot-blasting, and achromatizing, to activated surfaces, all surface finishing services that are important for giving your product a uniform surface appearance.

Anodizing: Anodic oxidation is an electrochemical process that grows a porous layer of aluminum oxide on the aluminum surface. You can either print on or colorize the aluminum within this mechanically bonded layer. After the anodic layer is sealed, the printing or color is protected under a hard, transparent glass layer. Our fully automated anodizing, coloring, and sealing production lines guarantee reproducible high quality anodized surface finishes.

Printing: Processes for printing onto the anodic layer of aluminum or onto an anodized, coated, galvanized, or painted surface includes high precision printing, reverse screen printing, offset printing, and 1440 x 1440 dpi high definition inkjet printing. Product printing processes developed and mastered over decades to an unmatched level of perfection in every detail.

Painting: Fully equipped wet painting department to apply wet paintings on various surfaces including aluminum, steel, and plastic. Can perfectly adjust—according to design needs—the surface appearance, color, and gloss specifications. Including PVD, powder coating, and other surface finishing’s.
