This is Advanced Design for Dome Lamp targeted for snap in application with potential depth of 10mm.
The center button idea is with a clear lens we will coat for activation of the light so this will be the activation (Cap Touch). As basic concept the center button with elastomeric strip making connection to the center area touching the PCB. It can be replaced with simple Captouch Interface.

The center button idea is with a clear lens we will coat for activation of the light so this will be the activation (Cap Touch). As basic concept the center button with elastomeric strip making connection to the center area touching the PCB. It can be replaced with simple Captouch Interface.
A black border around the PCB on the back of the lens to house it all.
For Capacitive touch will have ITO coated for the CAP touch so we don’t have to coat the entire lens. PCB – LIGHT GUIDES – LENS and around it will be some kind of thinned bezel holding it all together.
Designed to be modified with minor software / hardware upgrades without changing functional assembly like adjustable white color from Warm to Cold, Controlled LH or RH lighting direction, Lighting Intensity Adjustment and Even Health & Wellness Detection.
