What is EnnoHub?
EnnoHub Technology Ltd. is a technology-based company registered in Beijing specializing in innovation-related intermediary services. EnnoHub.com (and Yunyanshe.com as its Chinese version), as the Company’s official website, is China’s first online platform for searching, trading and crowdfunding of international innovation resources (innovation technologies, patents, ideas and talents). It is also China’s first equity-based technology crowdfunding platform, a hi-tech engine realizing the idea of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” encouraged by the Chinese government, devoting itself to the commercialization and industrialization of overseas advanced technologies in the Chinese market.
What can EnnoHub.com do?
EnnoHub.com Phase II website (will be launched in May, 2015) will have 3 main segments: 1) Open Innovation, 2) Technology Trading, and 3) Technology Financing and a search engine that enables our users to search our web pages and database for technology-related information.
The Open Innovation segment is for posting requests for technologies yet to be discovered, and for solvers to find best solutions to those requests in an online, open competition environment, which is an approach already proved by many open innovation platform to be highly efficient and successful.
The Technology Trading segment is for buying and selling of the technologies/patents ready for commercialization. By using our search engine a user can browse from tens of thousands of patents recorded in our database including various Chinese, American, Israeli and European technologies, and can through EnnoHub contact sellers/buyers and close deals efficiently.
The Technology Financing segment is for exhibition of technology-based startups worldwide and for crowdfunding those projects ready to take off. An entrepreneur can upload his startup project and business plan onto our platform, and have it crowdfunded on an equity basis, with EnnoHub and its VC and law office partners providing all the financial and legal services necessary. EnnoHub has established a mailing list containing contact information of currently 20,000+ contacts of enterprises, government agencies and startup companies, including about 3000+ qualified institutional/individual investors. These contacts constantly receive via emails our newsletters concerning new technologies and startups seeking funds, or companies with well-developed technologies open for merging or acquisition. We are looking forward to an expanded list of 200,000 contacts within one year.
What do we offer offline?
From online to offline (O2O) is an essential part of the innovation ecosystem that EnnoHub is trying to build in China. EnnoHub currently holds C4 Forum, a monthly offline gathering for the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship in China, and is actively preparing for China Innovation Summit 2015 (as an organizer), a government-sponsored yearly summit focusing on the collaboration and commercialization of innovation technologies across all boundaries.
